The hotel offers modern amenities and very nice rooms located on five floors. My stay was comfortable with spacious and clean accommodations. The staff was cooperative but lacked basic friendliness, missing simple welcoming gestures like a smile and mask-wearing. The location is convenient for travelers on NH 66, despite being in a crowded part of Mangalore. Dining was satisfactory with tasty local cuisine. Overall, a decent option for those looking for value for money in a convenient highway location.
The hotel offers a spacious and clean room with a good Vegetarian Restaurant on-site. However, the automatic switching on and off of the lights throughout the night can be disruptive.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room facing the front was spacious and clean, although there were some mosquitoes despite efforts to sanitize. The service was available at short notice and helpful, but there was room for improvement in basic hospitality etiquette like welcoming with a smile. The location, being around 20 minutes from the airport, was convenient for travelers heading south or north and looking for a quick stop. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with some dishes being nice while others fell short. The facilities at the hotel were decent, offering the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
